The Sciencenter is a great place for a birthday party! Enjoy a fun space with so many hands-on exhibits to explore!

Birthday Parties Include:

1.5 hour use of a private room
Museum admission for the day (for up to 20 attendees, including the birthday child)

Base Price:

$250 for members
$300 for non-members

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking.

Birthday Party Add-Ons:

Each Add-On is $50. There is no additional member discount on Add-Ons.

Party Favors: Paper crown and one Sciencenter t-shirt for the birthday child, and up to 10 party favor bags
Animal Encounter (only available on select Saturdays, see details below)

Animal Encounter Information:
For an especially memorable birthday experience, book a private reptile encounter for your party! A 20-minute encounter includes:

Up-close interaction with two or more teaching animals from the grouping of your choice (choose from lizards, snakes or turtles)*
A Q&A session with one of our Animal Keepers
Plenty of photo opportunities!

*The $50.00 fee for this add-on helps to support the Sciencenter’s live exhibits.

Questions and Reservations:

Please make your reservation at least two weeks in advance of your preferred birthday party date. The base price ($250 for members, $300 for non-members) covers up to 20 attendees, including the birthday child. Additional guests will be $10 each. ** Note: the maximum attendance for a birthday party is 40 people (including adults).

Decorations & Party Supplies Permitted

You are welcome to bring your own decorations and/or activities. If you plan to hang anything from the walls, we require you to use painter’s tape only.

Items that are NOT permitted include: glitter, confetti, piñatas, and alcohol.
