Party Info & Pricing
The Sciencenter is a great place for a birthday party. Enjoy a private party room, and explore our hands-on exhibits with your friends!
Parties include:
1.5 hour use of a private party room
Museum admission for up to 20 party guests
Base Price:
$250 for members
$300 for non-members
**A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking
Add an animal encounter!
Enjoy 20 minutes of up-close interaction with two or more live animals of your choosing – lizards, snakes, turtles, or mixed reptiles. Our Animal Keeper will answer all of your questions, and there are plenty of photo opportunities!
Add-on fee: $50 (there is no member discount for add-ons)
Party FAQ's
Can I bring decorations?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own tabletop decorations and/or activities. Items that are not permitted include: glitter, confetti, pinatas, and hanging/wall decorations.
How many guests are allowed?
20 guests are included in the base price ($250 for members, $300 for non-members). Additional guests are an extra $10 each. The maximum number of guests permitted is 40, including adults and the birthday child.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, we welcome to bring your own food and drink to enjoy in the party room. There is not a lot of time to eat a full meal before opening presents or exploring the museum. We recommend light snacks. Alcohol is not permitted on the museum premises.
