Have your Birthday Party at the Sciencenter!

The Birthday Bash

Prices:

• $155 for members
• $175 for non-members

Pricing is for up to 10 kids including the birthday child ($9 per additional child, up to a maximum of 15 children total).

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking.

The Birthday Bash includes:

• 1.5 hour use of a private room with a Sciencenter staff host
• Museum admission for the day for up to 10 kids and all adult chaperones
• A 30-minute science activity presented by a Sciencenter staff host. Each activity is a cool, hands-on science experience each child participates in. The activity is customized to fit the age, ability and interest of each age group.
• A party favor bag for each child, which includes a mini-science kit
• Invitations for up to 15 invitees
• A balloon for each child and a bunch of 5 balloons for the birthday child
• Compostable cups, napkins, plates and utensils
• A t-shirt for the birthday child
• A crown for the birthday child
• A birthday party registry at Sciencenter Take-Out, the Museum Store

Please make your reservation at least two weeks in advance of your preferred birthday party date.

Note - the maximum attendance for a birthday party is 30 people.

Choose from one of the following activity options:

• Frogs and Toads (ages 3 and up)
  Meet live frogs and toads and learn about the differences between these common amphibians and create a frog craft.


• Dinosaur Discovery (ages 3 and up)
  Which large meat eater was the biggest of all? Discover cool facts about dinosaurs and create your very own dinosaur craft to take home.


• Ice Cream Science (ages 5 and up)
  Do you like strawberry, vanilla or chocolate? Create and flavor your own homemade ice cream. Science has never tasted this good.


• Gooey Flubber (ages 5 and up)
  Create your very own super stretchy, gooey flubber (gak). Learn about the building blocks of our world and make your very own polymer to take home.


• Rocket Launch (ages 6 and up)
  Launch a rocket and learn about chemical reactions, pressure, and Newton's Laws.


• Galaxy Golf Course (seasonal)
  Spend your birthday challenging your friends to a round of miniature golf on the Sciencenter's unique 18-hole golf course.
