Interactive Sciencenter Programs

Engaging, educating and empowering programs are available for families, school groups and children of all ages.

In-Person Programs

Explore the Waterfront: The Sciencenter is currently taking part in the Explore the Waterfront event series with other local organizations. Each Saturday at 10 am in Conley park (behind the Sciencenter), or in the Sciencenter parking lot, through August 15, we’ll be doing FREE outdoor activities, like snake shows, and exploring bubbles! Join us for outdoor fun! Masks are required for all attendees ages 2+!

Science Together: We’re starting up Science Together again! Each week we’ll explore an activity that’s designed for children and their guardians to explore different science processes together. These activities are designed for those ages 0-4. Science Together will take place in the Sciencenter (admission required). Masks are required for all attendees ages 2+ and each group will be socially distant from others. See which Science Together activities are coming up on our Calendar page!

Virtual Programs

In an effort to continue to bring fun, science education to you at home, Sciencenter educators are facilitating live Zoom activities every Tuesday morning at 10:30 am. Click here for the Zoom link! Recorded versions of the live activities can be found on our Youtube channel. See which virtual events are coming up on our Calendar page!
