History, geology, and chemistry converge to tell the story behind the flavors of craft beverages in the Finger Lakes.

Each session begins with a reception led by Sommelier, Laura Winter Falk, of Experience! The Finger Lakes where you will enjoy tasting samples of the featured libation paired with locally-sourced edibles followed by an engaging presentation by a top Finger Lakes craft producer.
